Hybrid petal dust is designed for dry colouring. With its liquid colour microcapsules that activate upon brushing directly on food—like in sugar work—hybrid petal dust offers results that largely surpass that of the competition’s Petal Dust. The powder is water soluble and can be used with most food products. All the ingredients of the 30 new colours (T2-061 to T2-090) comply with Health Canada and FDA (United States) food safety standards.
